A manicured cut for your lawn is just part of the process.
You’ll appreciate the care and attention-to-detail we give to each and every property.
The job isn’t complete until it is carefully inspected to ensure nothing was missed and the grass clippings were blown off of every surface. Bed maintenance includes hand weeding. Weed spraying is also available.
Fertilization & Weed Control:
Annual fertilization and weed control enhances the color, thickness and beauty of your lawn. Programs consist of comprehensive, scheduled visits by a licensed commercial pesticide applicator who determines treatments and the proper rates for your property. From early spring to early winter, your lawn will be carefully inspected. Available programs consist of 3 to 5-step programs which include: pre-emergent, broadleaf, crabgrass, grub worms, nutsedge and fertilizer. Additional steps may be needed for new lawns or severely damaged lawns.
Aeration & Overseeding:
Spring and fall services are available. Aerating opens up the layer of thatch and allows water and oxygen to reach down into the root system. This allows microorganisms to break down thatch. Additionally, it provides a place to hold new seed in the ground. Overseeding when the holes are new, allows a certain percentage of the seed to fall into them. When water falls into the hole, a cup forms and holds the water; therefore, initiating germination. Over time, the “plugs of earth” that were removed from those holes begin to break down and fill them back up.
